There are two ways of entering the knowledge graph. The first is from the case management interface. Click “View Results in Queues'', then all the cases would be listed. Click on the bubble in the right side of each case, it would open a new page with the knowledge graph of such cases.
The second way is directly to the knowledge graph menu, then search the information you are interested in. All of the attributes which we config as bind relationship together with the user id attribute would be listed in the drop down. You can just pick an entity and type in the value you want to search.
